Statistics question on marginal and condition distributions?

This is a two-way table. It summarizes the number of single + married students in a statistics course who like to watch professional football.

Like Don't Like Total

Single 178 133 311

Married 39 28 67

Total 217 161 378

Is there evidence of a strong association b/w marital status + whether statistics students like to watch professional football?

A. Yes. This is because the conditional distributions look different from the marginal distribution.

B. Yes. This is because the conditional distributions look like the marginal distribution.

C. No. This is because the conditional distributions look like the marginal distribution.

I don't understand the question. How can the marginal distribution be compared to the conditional? Which is the answer and why?Statistics question on marginal and condition distributions?
