What do American NFL fans think about over over-seas regular season games?

I'm in the UK and we learned earlier today that the Denver Broncos and San Francisco 49ers will be coming to Wembley, London on Halloween this year.

Since 2007, these games have been a "nice little earner" from our perspective, but how do you guys feel about it? There was a lot of controversy recently when our Football League (soccer association to you) talked about an extra match at the end of our domestic season, to be played over seas. The reception was very poor from the clubs concerned and hopefully the idea has been shelved for good.

What do you think about what should be a home game in front of your own fans in your own stadium, being played several thousand miles away across the Atlantic? Does this decision effect fans who are season ticket holders in that there is one less home game of the season. Do you think the predominately British crowd would have any effect on those taking part in the game? In "soccer", the home crowd is sometimes referred to as the 12th man.

Feel free to mention any other point you feel relevant to my questions. I am curious and would very much like to know what the fans think about these games.

Many thanks in advanceWhat do American NFL fans think about over over-seas regular season games?
I'm in the UK too, I think these games are great.

I don't think the fans in the US realize how many and how big the fans are over here. They complain about losing one of their eight home games, but we don't even get any away games, so I think it's more than fair.
