With that resume' one would think they would be recruiting you.

However, even with all that, the quality of your answers on the applications and interviews will tip the scales. Remember, even though you're an all-star in high school does not necessarily translate to a university setting.

For the best chance, get your applications in early and be thorough in your answers without being verbose.
i'm sure you'll get into at least one of those, even though top % of your class is usually taken pretty seriously. but i think none of that matters if you show your worth in those essays. What are my chances of getting into UPenn, Johns Hopkins, and Duke?
*zzzz* Oh sorry, I just fell asleep. I attended Hopkins and while I had strong scores and stats I was also INTERESTING. I did interesting things and not merely to look well-rounded on paper. I also had a 4.0.

I am often asked to review apps as an alumni and yours would bore me to tears. Sorry. Maybe the other places might take you, but I'd be surprised if Hopkins did. You're too cookie cutter for such an innovated place. You're boring.
Your extracurricular activites are very helpful in getting you into a college of your choice. But being in the top 10 % of your class is one statistic that is not overlooked. Some unviersities (including ones listed) will not even look at applicants that are not in the top 10 % of their class. Try broadning your search with a college that supports a highly credited field or degree plan that you are thinking about perusing. What are my chances of getting into UPenn, Johns Hopkins, and Duke?
just to let you know that you can get what you want

don't let other arsholes disappoint you or tell you you are boring or blah blah ... blah

do not ever, ever, never let anyone tell you, you don't deserve what you want
What can I say. Nearly (but not quite) a dead cert of getting into at least one if you apply to all of them. Schools like that have been known to reject people like you - but I suspect the odds will be well in your favor if you apply to them all. That is providing that is an unweighted GPA. If its a weighted one still worth applying but your odds are lower. Check out:
