The way forward !?

I believe that despite the lost to Argentina last night, Mexico's football is on the rise. We can choose to draw from the positives of last nights game and use it to good effect or we can choose to follow the wrong path.

In an effort to make Mexico a force on the world stage we need to follow the examples of Argentina et al. by sending our players to Europe. At the moment, the insatiable appetite of the local clubs makes this a little impossible. Perhaps we need the intervention of the Mexican footballl Association and the co-operation of the entire population as a whole to ensure that players get to go to Europe.

What do you this. The way forward !?
There is no doubt that mexico is on the rise, and not only is it showing itself but the rest of the world is recognizing it. Like Argentina, Mexico is able to create players that are Europe ready, and thats a huge plus. Mexico's clubs have already demonstrated what they can do at an international level by defeating clubs from Argentina and Brazil. The next step is having world class players. Players that are able to compete in Europe on a consistent basis and stay out there. I think in a few years when most of mexico's national team players are competing in Europe there could be a very huge rivalry with Argentina and Brazil because then they will be at level that even the best will have to deal with. Mexico is still not at Argentina's height at the national level, but if we follow very closely to what Argentina does with its players, we can really benefit from it. Hopefully they keep on flowing to Europe, and therefore progressing Mexico's level of play. The way forward !?
The Mexican Federation will not go for this for two reasons:

1. They will have to admit that their league is not that good compared to Europe or any other league in the world.

2. They will not go along with this if the Federation doesn't get compensated finacially.

However, it is true. More players need to play in Europe. The way forward !?
Well the Mexican association cannot do much intervention to make sure all players go to Europe. It is all up to the European teams, they are the ones that scout the players and ask them to join. If it was up to the Mexican association without a doubt i am sure they would do anything possible to send as many players over to Europe.

The Mexican team is definitely going up, yesterday's loss shows that the team still needs work and development. We need more players to fit into the team chemistry and get rid of the ones that just do not contribute as much. I am not saying they do not contribute, but their game is just not good enough when we go against stronger teams.
