Why do FIFA hate us so much?

why do FIFA hate the english and scottish football associations?, personally i dont care about FIFA anymore, all we need is the EPL and SPL, then have some international games between Scotland and England, all we need, but still, why do FIFA hate us?|||Because we're not prepared to offer cash or knighthoods as bribes.|||Quite simply England are sour losers !!!!



World cup South Africa - England believe they are supperstars and deserve to win the tournament when truth be told they are a very average team. Then complain a decision went against them against a team who would have beat them either way, but are quite happy to except those decisions when they go for use 66 world cup for example would never have won it if it wasn't for a phantom goal. didn't see any of use saying it shouldn't have counted but complain when a decision like that goes against use.



World cup bid - England lose that and try to expose fifa as corrupt, if use had won it would use have done the same? are you naive to believe England wasn't bribing other countries as well, perfect example of that is England was supposed to play Thailand friendly next week but as thailand didn't vote for them to hold the tournament they cancelled the friendly. isn't this a bribe? you can play us in a friendly only if you vote for us. This can be backed up on BBC question time thursday 2nd June 2011. Politicians clearly stated this was and is the case.



Anyway who said they have a problem with Scotland? Only thing they have done in Scotland is fine Rangers fans for singing offensive songs in European competitions. Songs with the lyrics "up to our knees in fenian blood" and quite rightly so, this is an offensive song to many people and has no place in football. so in your opinion why do they have a problem with scotland? as i can't think of one reason they would have or showed that they have?



Saying all wee need is the SPL and th EPL is very stupid as well, how many players would want to play here if they didn't have the chance of european football? both football divisions would die a very slow and painful death if we left fifa. every football association would have to leave fifa for that to be successful.



Soccerref - You do realize England didn't bid for the 2022 world cup, they bid for the 2018 one and lost to Russia not Qtar. Really don't see why they are making a big fuss about this, if Qtar did bribe and buy the world cup it wouldn't have affected Russia beating England for there bid as they are different bids for different competitions. Nobody has implied Russia bribed people to get the world cup so what is Englands problem?|||Josh





Oh come now. You and FIFA would be bosom buddies IF you had gotten the 2022 games. It is all political. And the FA is making as much hay with the the UK soccer scene as they can. The 17 descenting votes will carry the day and gain support over the next four years. A new power structure will emerge. The games will continue to be granted based upon what makes the most sense for football, not the best place to play!





I personally thought the U.K or the US would have been the best place to have the WC in 2022!
