Since Sports Athlete's and Actors have Labor Unions why do the Democrats support Labor Unions and support a Pr?

Since Sports Athlete's and Actors have Labor Unions why do the Democrats support Labor Unions and support a Progressive Tax System why do they suport higher taxes on their Union Brothers and Sisters many which make millions of dollars a year. Am I right that the reason why Sports Athlete's make so much money is because of Strikes ? Also my point is not all Rich people are CEOS of Big Wealthy Corporations.

They make money in the millions because they make money for the owners in the billions. When they can't make the money for the owners they are cut.



We hear about the huge salaries for the sports figures, but not all of them play out their contracts or even get the big money. Injuries take a very heavy toll and some former players are crippled for the rest of their lives. At best a pro may last ten years, few last that long and even fewer go longer.



No, not all rich people are CEO's, but it helps to be in the upper echelons of a big business.

Most rich people had parents who were wealthy. That's how it works, for every Bill Gates or Steve Jobs there are four old money names you would never recognize as they don't get publicity.



The average salary of the average SAG member is $23,000, that's hardly millions. Democrats support unions because it gives the average truck driver, or garbageman, fireman, factory worker a support system so he won't get taken advantage of by management. No one can get fired because the managers son wants a job.
